Meet the Team

The people behind Good Judgement

Good Judgement is built by a multidisciplinary team that combines clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and student mental health expertise. We are a small team with deep conviction — every member chosen not just for their credentials, but for their genuine commitment to student wellbeing.

Aman Choudhary
Aman Choudhary
Founder & Clinical Director
RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist M.Phil. Clinical Psychology M.S. Neuropsychology MSHRM, Netherlands

Aman Choudhary leads Good Judgement with a strong foundation in clinical practice, neuropsychology, developmental insight, and human empowerment. As an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist, he brings clinical credibility and ethical grounding to the organisation's student-facing and institution-facing work. His academic and professional orientation allows him to bridge mental health science with practical, developmental interventions that work in real educational contexts.

As Founder, his role extends far beyond counselling or clinical oversight. He is responsible for shaping the organisation's developmental philosophy, intervention design, psychological frameworks, empowerment methodology, and overall quality of student support programming. His work reflects a deep commitment to helping individuals and institutions move from distress and confusion toward insight, growth, balance, and functional strength.

Aman's multidisciplinary background — spanning neuropsychology, clinical psychology, and human resource management — positions him to think about student wellbeing not just at the individual level, but as an institutional and systemic challenge that requires structured, scalable, and measurable solutions.

His guiding belief: Student support should not be peripheral to education. It should be central to it.

Mental Health Associates

Our Associate Empowerment Architects are trained mental health professionals who bring clinical depth, student understanding, and genuine developmental insight to every session, workshop, and institutional programme they support.

Lavanya Singh
Lavanya Singh
Associate Empowerment Architect
M.A. Clinical Psychology

Lavanya Singh contributes strong grounding in psychology, student understanding, behavioural insight, and applied mental health support to Good Judgement's work. As an Associate Empowerment Architect, she plays a key role in session support, student engagement, developmental facilitation, psychoeducational communication, and contextual understanding of learner needs.

Her clinical psychology training enables her to engage with students on sensitive and personal themes with professionalism, safety, and sensitivity — qualities that are especially important when working in educational settings where trust is foundational.

Lavanya's presence adds both professional sensitivity and implementation strength to the team, bridging the gap between clinical knowledge and the lived realities of student experience on campus.

Anisha Mitra
Anisha Mitra
Associate Empowerment Architect
M.Sc. Neuropsychology

Anisha Mitra brings a neuropsychology-informed understanding of behaviour, cognition, emotional functioning, and human development to Good Judgement's interventions. Her scientific grounding in how the brain and nervous system relate to thought, emotion, and behaviour gives her a distinctive perspective on student mental health — one that goes beyond surface-level coping advice to address underlying neurological and psychological patterns.

As an Associate Empowerment Architect, Anisha contributes to programme delivery, content refinement, and student-development engagement with intellectual depth and empathic relevance. She supports the creation and facilitation of psychologically informed workshops and student-support processes that are both rigorous and humane.

Anisha's neuropsychological lens enriches the team's approach to behaviour change, cognitive development, and the design of interventions that account for how students actually think and feel — not how we assume they do.

How We Work

A team that holds clinical depth and human dignity above everything else

Clinically grounded, always

Every member of our team operates from a foundation of psychological understanding. We do not offer generic advice or motivational content. We bring the depth, nuance, and ethical seriousness that mental health work requires.

Context-sensitive, not formulaic

We recognise that Indian students — whether in a tier-1 college in Delhi or a tier-3 institution in a smaller city — face different pressures, carry different cultural contexts, and need different kinds of support. We adapt.

Committed to long-term impact

We are not interested in one-day workshops that feel good but change nothing. Good Judgement exists to create lasting developmental change — in individual students, and in the institutional cultures that shape them.
